Pennsylvania School Physical and Dental Exam Requirements

 

Physical Exams The state mandates physical examinations for all students in Kindergarten or 1st grade depending when your child enters school for the first time.  Please see your Pediatrician to schedule a physical. The form that needs to be completed can be printed from the BAEC Health Website under the tab "Health Forms".   Please have forms completed by January 1.   Dental Exams The state mandates dental examinations for all students in Kindergarten or 1st grade (depending when your child enters school for the first time) and 3rd Grade.
